How To Stop Armpit Sweating In 2 Days
76Sweaty armpits can be embarassing...
Sweaty armpits no more!
Sweaty armpits are a nuisance...they smell bad, feel bad and worst of all they look bad! Patches of sweat stains down the side of your shirt can really dent your self-esteem in a social setting. You've probably tried every deodorants and anti-perspirant on the shelf in Boots, shaved your armpits and even started wearing baggy shirts, but the problem still remains. You then decide to fork out a little more and opt for the the stronger antiperspirants, the ones that claim are so strong that you only have to use them a few times a week .You then find that your armpits are still sweaty and worst yet, the 'stronger' stuff also irritates the hell out of your skin, giving you itchy, painful armpits all day (been there myself)...not good!
There is a way of stopping sweaty armpits for good...and best of all, it doesn't cost a bomb. Having been at the stage lacking self-esteem and suffering from social embarassment due to the plague of sweaty armpits, I can honestly say my simple regime completely turned my life around. Now, I don't have to worry about wearing tight-fitting shirts. Even during a hard workout in the gym I don't break a sweat in my armpits. I'm not selling some fancy herbal product or some new antiperspirant...this is a simple regime that I've tried personally that works.
The secret is simple...so simple that you are gonna kick yourself.
Most people apply their antiperspirant in the mornings before they go to work/school. Whilst this may be sufficient for your average joe, people with severe sweaty armpits are still gonna be drenched by the end of the day. However, if you apply the antiperspirant twice a day, once in the morning and then once before you go to bed...magic happens!
The beauty of this, is that it works with any cheap antiperspirant! Trust me...my favourite antipersirant was out of stock so I had to use a different brand (still a cheapy one) and it works the same. In fact, I would avoid the strong expensive stuff since it would definite overirritate the armpits. Notice how I said antiperspirant and not deodorant...deodorants do not stop sweating - they merely cover up the smell. If you want a nice-smelling antiperspirant, buy one which doubles up as a deodorant. Personally, I prefer a nonperfurmed antipersiprant like Mitchum Unperfumed since I like to use a bit of cologne and I find that perfumed antiperspirants clash too much.
So how long does it take to work? For me the change was miraculous...I noticed a great improvement the next day, and then the day after, my arm pits were completely dry!
A word of warning, different antipersirants have different concentrations of sweat-blocking chemicals. Too much of a particularly strong one can cause excessive dry skin and irritation. I would recommend applying a little moisturiser every few days or so. Apart from that...say goodbye to sweaty armpits : )

I have a few questions.
How much layers of antiperspirant should you use?
After you shower and put it on in the morning, do you also take another shower and put it on later that day? My point is do you take 2 showers a day.
Thank you.
